Louis has directed teams of engineers, project managers, and low level staff during the implementation of projects ranging from small electrical solutions, to the integration of multiple manufacturers’ equipment during the design, construction, start up, and final commissioning of a complex electrical construction projects. His experience includes the managing and oversight of regional business units within larger corporate entities, as well as providing departmental support and oversight to various departments, and their staff. His management experience also includes the start up, restructuring and operations management of construction operations, to include staff development and training, and financial analysis and planning.
